Post Wano, who are the top 15 strongest characters in One Piece (Still Alive)

I mean, the world-class combatants are still the same as before, the difference is that Luffy, Yamato, Kid and Law are likewise among the upper end now.

Basically, that would be combatants such as Kaido, Big Mom, Shanks, Blackbeard, Mihawk, Akainu, Kuzan, Fujitora, Kizaru, Ryokugyu, Rayleigh, Luffy, Yamato, Weevil, Law and Kid. Something like that, I suppose. Maybe throw Marco and Zoro around here too? I dunno.

I won't bother to rank them at all, because it's a pain in the ass, and extremely debatable, but they're basically the strongest combatants in One Piece currently.
